Executive Business and Life Coach, Speaker & OD HR Consultant - People Dynamics Inc. (PDI)

Elizabeth works with executives, teams and organizations globally.  She is a catalyst and facilitator of change. She is recognized as an international intercultural Master Coach and Tele-class leader.

Prior to starting People Dynamics Inc. (PDI) in 1994, Elizabeth worked in management leadership positions with Fortune 100 companies in South and North America. She studied Business Administration (Marketing Major) and Human Resources Management at York University, and Adult Education and Development at St. Francis Xavier University. She completed her undergraduate and graduate coaching education and accreditations at The Coaches Training Institute, Coach U, and the Interdevelopmental Institute. She has achieved a Master Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is currently completing a Master Certified Developmental Coach graduate program at The Interdevelopmental Institute. She is a Coaching Credentialing Assessor/Examiner with the ICF, the Chairperson of the ICF Ethics Independent Review Board, and the immediate Past-President of the ICF Global Virtual Community. Elizabeth is a Certified Corporate Trainer and Facilitator, and an Adult Educator. She has taught Business, Management, Human Resources, and Labour Relations programs at the College level. She is qualified to deliver and interpret psychological assessment tools, tests and programs.

Elizabeth volunteers as a Mentor and Coach for female entrepreneurs and business owners, coaches, and Human Resources professionals. She is a Mentor, Big Sister, and elected Board Member, with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Prince George.  She is also an elected Board Member with Prince George Hospice Society.

Michel (Mike) Richard, Chief Financial and Information Officer (CFO and CIO) of People Dynamics Inc. (PDI), is responsible for the financial and information systems management for PDI. He has more than 23 years experience working in the forestry and mining industries, with more than 17 of these years in senior management and executive positions.

Mike completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Athabasca University. He has completed numerous programs and courses in Business, Leadership, Strategic Management, Project Management, Labour Relations, and Continuous Improvement. He is currently completing studies in Executive Coaching.

Tasha joined PDI as an OD/HR Consultant in June 2007. Her passion lies in setting human potential into motion. She believes that the realisation of one's capacity forms the core of an organization's success. Tasha brings a new set of ideas from her experience as a Learning and Development Officer in South Africa.

Tasha graduated from the University of Johannesburg in South Africa with an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications. She is professionally affiliated with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Psychometrist which qualifies her to conduct psychometric testing and interpretation.

She joined Outlearning (Pty) Ltd. in 2003 as a Project Consultant in Training and Development. At Outlearning, Tasha consulted with international companies such as T-Systems and Daimler Chrysler as well as the South African provincial government's Sectional Educational and Training Authority (SETA). As Project Consultant she designed learning materials, facilitated adult learning workshops, and developed competency profiles.

In 2006 Tasha joined iBurst Pty Ltd, a fledgling wireless telecommunications company. As the company's first Learning and Development Officer, her role included learning material design and implementation. Tasha also provided Generalist HR support when the need arose during the creation of iBurst's HR department. Her contributions include development of various HR policies and procedures as well as KPI development and Performance Management training.

In 2007, Tasha looked towards the beautiful and rapidly developing province of British Columbia, Canada, as a perfect environment to nurture her passion for people development. The evolution of human potential into tangible skills and results provides Tasha's vocation with purpose and meaning.

Kenrick Hopkinson joined People Dynamics Inc. (PDI) in January 2008. Kenrick has more than 10 years experience working in the financial and wealth management services industry; and is a Training and Development Specialist for the past two years. He provides leadership to staff members, and coaches, mentors and trains staff as part of their personal development.

Kenrick is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). He studied Early Childhood Education at Durham College, where he was a member of the Durham’s Men’s basketball team. As Team Captain he helped lead the team to a Canadian National Championship in 1997. Kenrick has coached Junior NBA teams for several years; and he is a Volunteer Teacher with Junior Achievement of Canada for the past 9 years. He has completed numerous personal training and development programs; and he is currently completing his Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation.

Sarah MacGregor, owner of SMac To The Rescue Virtual Administration Solutions, has over 15 years of administrative experience, one and a half of those being virtual. "SMac" prides herself on her flexibility and adaptability, and works with a wide range of businesses.

Sarah has a diploma in Computer Information Systems and was a software developer for 5 years. She works with both PCs and Macs, and is committed to combining her years of experience and skills to provide People Dynamics Inc. (PDI) with outstanding, efficient, and professional solutions - with a smile!
