Elizabeth Vieira-Richard

Elizabeth works with executives, entrepreneurs, professionals, teams and organizations globally.  She is a catalyst and facilitator of change. She is recognized as an international intercultural Master Coach and Mentor Coach, and an ADD/ADHD Mentor Coach.

Prior to starting People Dynamics Inc. (PDI) in 1994, Elizabeth worked in management leadership positions with Fortune 100 companies in South and North America. She studied Business Administration (Marketing Major) and Human Resources Management at York University, and Adult Education and Development at St. Francis Xavier University. She completed her undergraduate and graduate coaching education and accreditations at The Coaches Training Institute, Coach U, Optimal Functioning Institute, ADD Coach Academy and the InterDevelopmental Institute. She has achieved a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designtion from The Coaches Training Institute), a Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Master Certified Developmental Coach (MCDC) designation from The InterDevelopmental Institute, and a Master Certified ADD/ADHD Coach designation from the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC). She is the Past Chair of the ICF Ethics Independent Review Board, and the Past-President of the ICF Global Virtual Community. Elizabeth is a Certified Corporate Trainer and Facilitator, and an Adult Educator. She has taught Business, Management, Human Resources, and Labour Relations programs at the College level. She is qualified to deliver and interpret psychological assessment tools, tests and programs.

Elizabeth volunteers as a Mentor and Coach for female entrepreneurs and business owners, coaches, and Human Resources professionals. She was a Mentor, Big Sister, and elected Board Member for 6 years with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Prince George.  She was an elected Board Member with Prince George Hospice Society for 6 years. She was the Credentialing Chair and Board Member for the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC). She is a Coaching Credentialing Assessor/Examiner for ACC, PCC and MCC accreditations with the ICF.

Michel (Mike) Richard has 40+ years experience working in the forestry industry, with more than 25 of these years in executive and senior management positions managing multiple operations. He works as a Project Manager and a Management Consultant for organizations in USA and Canada.

He works with our clients consulting on management, strategy, operations, building and starting up mills, operations and maintenance processes and efficiencies, and continuous improvement.

Mike completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Athabasca University. He is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) (Royal Roads University). He has completed numerous programs and courses in Business, Leadership, Executive Managemnet, Strategic Management, Management Consulting, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, and Labour Relations.

Kenrick Hopkinson joined People Dynamics Inc. (PDI) in January 2008. Kenrick has more than 19 years experience working in the financial, wealth management, and insurance services industry; and is a Training and Development Specialist for 13 years.

Kenrick is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). He studied Early Childhood Education at Durham College, where he was a member of the Durham’s Men’s basketball team. As Team Captain he helped lead the team to a Canadian National Championship in 1997. Kenrick has coached Junior NBA teams for several years; and he has coached a female soccer team for 9 years. He was a Volunteer Teacher with Junior Achievement of Canada for 10 years. He has completed numerous personal training and development programs.

Louise Belcher is the Office Manager for People Dynamics Inc.  Louise works with our clients, books and manages our appointments and schedules, keeps our PDI team organized, and manages the office!  Basically, she makes sure that the office runs smoothly and our clients are happy! She works her magic!
